Granola Bowl
I have been trying out a lot of smoothie and granola bowl recipes during this lockdown and it has been so much fun to put together ingredients I haven't had in a long time!
Check out this granola bowl that you will LOVE too:
1 cup of store-bought granola - you can also make your own granola
Handful each of fresh fruit - put in strawberries, blueberries, apples, blackberries and bananas - but you can put in whatever fruit you like!
Chia seed pudding - chia seeds in a container mixed with oat milk (you can use whole milk or almond), and put it in the fridge overnight
Topped up with sliced almonds and 1/4 cup of oat milk - feel free to mix in any seeds like pumpkin seeds
