Online Group Training

Learn how to move well and have fun in this supportive group environment!

  • Coach Meena leading and motivating you through every session!

  • High quality group training sessions delivered through Zoom video calls

  • Build full body strength, improve conditioning, balance and stability

  • Supportive community keeping you accountable and engaged

  • Equipment needed: Pair of Dumbbells or Kettlebells (at relatively moderate weight), Long Band at light to medium resistance, Mini Band and Yoga Mat. If you do not have equipment, the class will be tailored to what you have! See this blog for more information on equipment for at-home training

  • Thursdays at 6:45PM

  • Zoom link for class will be provided upon sign-up

  • Schedule is subject to change

Fees:

  • $130 for 10 Class Pass

  • $65 for 5 Class Pass
