The two programs are very similar! The only difference is that Kaizen incorporates barbells, and Kaizen Lite does not!
Kaizen:

Kaizen Lite: You may not have access to a full gym or may not feel comfortable with barbells/plates. Equipment needed:

TRX and/or Suspension Trainer Equivalent

You will need some previous (minimum of 1-3 months) with barbells, dumbbells/kettlebells and bands/cables for the Kaizen program
