The meaning of Kaizen, continuous improvement, is the essence of this training program. Learn how to move well and move often through a variety of functional movements; Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull, Lunge and Core work. Improve your mobility, core stability and strength. Each phase of the program is 4 weeks and builds upon one another

The App

The program is delivered through an easy to follow app where you can watch video demonstrations and read exercise descriptions.

Track your Progress

Through the app, you can track and log your workouts to see your progress from week to week. You can enter in your results and even write in journal entries! You can also upload videos to the app where you can receive coach feedback.

See your Results

Access the exercise history feature that allows you to see your results for a specific exercise for as long as you've been logging your results in the app. This helps you know how to progress from week to week and month to month and allows you to see how far you've come!

  • The two programs are very similar! The only difference is that Kaizen incorporates barbells, and Kaizen Lite does not!

    Kaizen:

    • Barbells + Plates

    • Bench

    • Dumbbells/Kettlebells

    • Cable Machine/Bands,

    • Stability Ball

    • Pull-Up Bar

    • TRX/Suspension System

    Kaizen Lite: You may not have access to a full gym or may not feel comfortable with barbells/plates. Equipment needed:

    • Bench

    • Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells

    • Stability Ball

    • Cable Machine and/or Bands

    • TRX and/or Suspension Trainer Equivalent

  • Subscriptions auto-renew each month so that you don't have to purchase the next phase every time one is coming to an end, and instead you simply get the new program uploaded straight to your account! Of course, you can cancel any time via the app.

  • You will need some previous (minimum of 1-3 months) with barbells, dumbbells/kettlebells and bands/cables for the Kaizen program
